He is survived by: his children, Donna Ellen Jacobs (Jeff) and Timothy "Tim" Scott Floyd (Linda); his sister Sandra DeBruhl; and his children-in-law, Sarah Bailey (Raymond) and Tommy Hart. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
