He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Cecil Bailey and Cristine Redden; and his daughter Taylor Lynne Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Donna Susanne Bailey; his children, Timothy Joshua Bailey, Dillon Jacob Bailey, Savannah Caitlin Laney, Bobby Moser and Donovan Moser; his grandchildren, Hunter Lee Silvey, Adeline Rose Moser, Jasper Waylon Wilson, Mara Lynne Bailey, Arthur Tucker Bailey, Oliver Zachary Laney and Liam Zachary Laney; and his sister Tammie Bailey Foster. He is also survived by father and "Papa", Tim's greatest joy was his family.
