He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Maybell Wright of Duncan, SC; his brothers, Arthur L, Donald and Michael Wright; his sons, Troy Wright (Marcy) of Greer, SC and Courtney Wright (Karla) of Spartanburg, SC; and his brothers, Carl Wright (Velma) of Woodruff, SC, Randy Wright (Marcia) of Duncan, SC and Marvin Wright (Janice) of Duncan, SC. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; a host of nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
Viewing will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:45 PM at the Mayfield Chapel Baptist Church (1065 Rogers Bridge Rd, Duncan, SC 29334). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
