William David Hill Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William David Hill in Spartanburg, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 16, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though William David may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those William David touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Hill and Julia Hill of Gray Court, SC.; his wife Martha; his stepdaughter Stephanie Caddell (Josh); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Stephen.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Lyman Methodist Church (106 Groce Rd, Lyman, SC 29365). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
