He is survived by: his wife Mary "Ginger" Cook; his children, Lori Dutton, Rhonda Hall (Brandon), Roger Cook Jr. and David Cook; and his siblings, John Cook, Rosie Ferguson and Kathy Roush. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
