He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit H. Patrick and Vera Smith Patrick; his brother Kermit A. Patrick; and the mother of his children Kathy Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Angela Rogers Patrick; his children, Brandi Finch (Bruce), Mandi Owens (James), Brooke Nichols and Erin Needham (Christian); his siblings, Roydon Patrick, Leonard Patrick, Diane Bates (Charles), Brenda Criswell (Oscar), Latrelle Myers (Bob) and Sandra Hall (Michael); his grandchildren, Brittany, Evan, Ellie, Laylin, Kolton, Finn, Bayker and Gabbie; and his mother-in-law Ann Breland Hughes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be directed in his memory to organizations that would benefit our fellow man or an animal.
