He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lapolla and Helen Lapolla; and his former wife Betty Lapolla. He is survived by: his fiancée Nancy Pendarvis; and his siblings, Richard Lapolla, Peter Lapolla (Elaine) and Ann Moynihan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
