It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Hoyman of Summerville, South Carolina, who passed away on September 2, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Scott Hoyman of Summerville; and her brother Robert Eberle of Summerville. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Seif of Pretoria and Rear Admiral Richard Seif Jr.; her daughter-in-law Erin Seif of Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; her granddaughters, Kaitlyn Bevard (Jakob Bevard) of Mystic, Connecticut and Kimberly Seif of Arlington; and her nephew David Eberle of San Francisco, California..

Flowers will be accepted, however Barbara asked that friends and family consider a donation to their charity of choice in lieu of flowers.
