It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara P. Crosby of Summerville, South Carolina, born in Sumter, South Carolina, who passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father James Plexico; and her siblings, Josephine Plexico (Jo), J. L. Plexico, Margarete Plexico Collins (Midge), Catherine Plexico Payne and Martha Simmons.

She is survived by: her mother Margaret Plexico; her children, Paula Fogle and Edward "Eddie" Crosby, Jr. (Jennie); her grandchildren, Ward Crosby, Marlie Crosby, Jack Crosby and Drew Crosby; her brothers, Johnny Plexico (Helen) and Kenny Plexico (Annette); and her former husband Edward Crosby, Sr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
