He was predeceased by: his father Charles Lichtenberger. He is survived by: his mother Lorraine Lichtenberger; his daughter Heather Gerry; and his siblings, Sandra Whitfield (Roger), Susan Brundige and Glen Lichtenberger (Michele). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews including great-nieces and great-nephews.
