He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Eugene Buddin, Sr. and Theodora Barton Buddin; his wife Gay Livingston Buddin; his children, Carla Buddin Bennett (Elliot Jervey), Cecil Eugene Buddin, III (Meredith) and Laura Buddin Bergeron (Shawn); his grandchildren, Shelby, Tanner, Mary Barton, Hartford and Livingston; and his brothers, William Buddin and Stephen Buddin (Carol). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews, and more cousins.
