He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Austin Murphy and Jackson Frederick Murphy; his former spouse Maite Murphy; his siblings, Patrick J. Murphy, Cindy, Silva and Michael H. Murphy, III; and his sister-in-law Pennie Folden.
