She was predeceased by: her parents, William Murphy Martin and Mary Earlina Martin Elliott; her husband Lonnie J. Kaylor, Jr.; and her children, Elaine Prue (Bill) and Jimmy Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherri Ward (Clayton) of South Carolina, Jan Thaden (Gene) of North Carolina, Cathy Clifford (Gene) of Florida and Stephanie Schwarf (Kevin) of South Carolina. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the James A. Dyal Funeral Home (303 S Main St, Summerville, SC 29483). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel (303 S Main St, Summerville, SC 29483). A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at the Summerville Cemetery (1330 Boone Hill Rd, Summerville, SC 29483).
