Stover Jr. of Jacksonville, Johnathon Stover of Salem, Oregon, Melissa Cianteo of St. Johns and Ashley Morgan of Salem, Oregon; his brother James Stover of Chesapeake, Virginia; his brother-in-law Nathaniel Brown of Summerville; his sisters, Sandra Noecker of Cocoa, Cheryl Stover of Linden, Brenda Bryant of Summerville and Donna Brown of Summerville; and his close friend Janis Calaba of Salem, Oregon.. He is also survived by grandchildren and 8 cherished great-grandchildren.
