It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deacon Ronald Anthony Kolonich of Summerville, South Carolina, who passed away on June 25, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kolonich and Julia Kolonich (Yuhas); his siblings, Frank Jr., Ernest of Leukemia, Florence Deitke and Shirley Zborovancik; and his brother-in-law Anthony Deitke.
He is survived by: his wife Jill Maneer Kolonich; his daughter Ronda Rizzo (Butch); his grandsons, Adam and Nicholas; his son Richard (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Ryan and Kaylee; his brothers, John (Josephine) and Robert (Teri); and his brother-in-law Steven Zborovancik.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Peter's Catholic Church (433 W Church St, Somerset, PA 15501). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to St. Peter's Catholic Church, 433 W. Church St., Somerset, PA 15501, or the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 198, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648.
