She was predeceased by: her parents, James Elam and Edna Lackey Elam; and her daughter Tina Rasque. She is survived by: her children, David Walters (Dana) of Milton, WV, Robert Walters (Shelby) of West Ashley, SC, Billy Walters (Sandi) of Westminster, SC, Bart Walters (Kari) of Summerville, SC, Terry Higgins of Johns Island, SC and Sandy Fullwood of Summerville, SC. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
