She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Josheph Sott; her parents, Sidney Bland and Roena P. Bland; her siblings, Bob, C. J. Bland, Billy Bland and Thelma McMurty; and her niece Phyllis.

She is survived by: her sons, Michael J. Sott (Joye) and Kenneth R. Sott (Stacey); her grandsons, Brandon Sott (Morgan) and Patrick Sott; her great grandchild John Parker Sott; her sister-in-law Mary Bland; her nephews, George and Steven Bland; her great-niece Julie Chesnut; and her great-nephews, Mack and Jason.
