She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Moorer, Jr.; her daughter Elizabeth "Cookie" Gardenia Moorer; and her siblings, John Hunt, Jr., Harry Hunt, Milton Hunt and Rosalee White.

She is survived by: her children, Annette M. Disher, Elaine Hunter (Charles), Charles Moorer (Deborah), Isaiah Moorer (Shontelle), Franklin Moorer and Randolph Moorer (Kathy); and her sister-in-law Grace Hunt. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
