He was predeceased by: his wife Nettie Harris Kitt; and his parents, William Kitt and Elizabeth Kitt. He is survived by: his children, Tyrone Kitt of Summerville, Vera Felder of Summerville, Octavia Bennett (Ronnie) of Summerville, Trina Millhouse (Tillman III) of Summerville and Nellie Worley (Stacy) of Dayton; his grandchildren, Quintero Felder, Brittany Dillings, Myrtesha Kitt, Kendrick Felder, Ashley Simmons, Tillman Millhouse, IV (Megan), Branden Millhouse (Allee), Roland Felder, Jr., Stacy Worley, II, Briana Kitt, Shelby Worley and Marina Stokes; his stepdaughter Sonia Faust; his stepgrandson Tyrell Harris; and his siblings-in-law, Kathleen Kitt and A. J. Harris. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
