She was predeceased by: her father William Gaylor Bradshaw Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Joyce Fay Morrison Bradshaw; her husband Kenneth Howard Keith; her sister Carole Bradshaw; her nieces, Ashley Boyce (Clint Boyce), Holly DeLauder Kayla (Danielle DeLauder) and Christina Reid (Chris Reid); her great-nieces and great-nephews, DJ Beach, Jaxyn, Kru Boyce, Baelynn and Adelina Tortora; and her extended family, Pamela Henderson, Christopher Henderson (Kathey Henderson), Bryan Henderson and Dale Henderson. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
