He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Tallman (Thurston) and Charles Tallman, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Vickie Tallman. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Hughes Tallman of Summerville; his daughters, Gabrielle Tallman Franklin (Calvin) of Summerville and Allison Clay Tallman of Summerville; his siblings, Suzi Bybee of Kansas City, Mary Obenauer of Washington, Missy Stevenson (Tim) of Washington, Sandy Newbanks of Washington, Cathy Peterson (Ron) of Washington, Missouri and Charles Tallman, III of St. Louis, Missouri.; and his pets, Ruby and Edisto.
