He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Soterios Niketeas and Theoni Papadea Niketeas; his wife Elaine Yatrelis; his children, Steven George Niketas (Michael Routzahn) of Folly Beach, S. C., Alexia Kyra Niketas of Summerville, S. C. and Tanya Athena Niketas (Craig Zimmerman); his grandson William Delphinios "Phin" Niketas-Zimmerman of Charleston, S. C.; his siblings, Paul Niketas of Kansasville and Chrysoula Niketeas Dousi (Greece) of Athens; his brother-in-law Father Anastasy Yatrelis of Summerville, S. C.; and his siblings, Vasili Niketas and Evangelia Niketeas Zigouraki. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
