He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hilburn Evans and Martha Susan Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Jane Evans of Summerville, SC; his daughter Jammi Terese of Summerville, SC; and his siblings, Chris Evans of Fayetteville, NC, Leila O'Neal of Summerville, SC and Linda Kessler of St. George, SC. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
