He is survived by: his wife Katie Baldwin; his son Sullivan "Sully" Mack; his sisters, Amy Baldwin Neely (Chris) and Elizabeth "Betsy" Wilkinson (Monte); his siblings' children, Ian, Logan Neely, Jenna and Macie Wilkinson; his parents-in-law, Carol Anderson Hurt and David Hurt; and his sister-in-law Joanna Hurt. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
