He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Spell and Jessie May Spell; his wife Roxanne Spell; his children, Shon Spell and Terry McArn; and his siblings, Melvin Spell and Betty Melomo.
He is survived by: his sister Alma Poe (Charlie) of Summerville, SC; his grandchildren, Bobby McArn III of Summerville, SC, Austin Spell of Summerville, SC and Roxanne McArn-Acevedo of Summerville, SC; and his great grandchildren, Bobby McArn IV and Adelina Smith of Summerville, SC.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
