He is survived by: his wife Grace Grooms Driggers; his children, Jana Milner (John), Paula Hogreff, Harold Driggers III (Carmen) and Kevin Driggers (Amy); and his siblings, Billy Driggers (Shelby) and Peggy Myers (Freddy). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
