He is survived by: his wife Masayo Tomita Hall; his son Michael Wayne Hall; his sisters, Mary Traylor (Jeff), Sharon Otto (Marion) and Betty Ruth McNally; and his nieces and nephews, Debbie Inscho, Laurie Traylor, Cynthia Traylor, Christopher Otto, Gabriel Whitney, Jonathan Otto and Phillip Otto.
