He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Stuart Waters; and his children, Jane Hays (Bill) of Escondido, Carol Wilkins (Stephen) of Summerville, SC, John Waters (Lisa) of Aurora and Tom Waters (Maureen) of Alexandria. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren. and one great grandson.
