With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Henry Middleton of Summerville, South Carolina, who passed away on July 5, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Henry had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Henry may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Gladden Middleton; and his daughters, Arlene Middleton and Fatima Camara. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Serenity Mortuary - Summerville Chapel (740 N Gum St, Summerville, SC 29483). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Destiny Worship Center (3625 Azalea Dr, North Charleston, SC 29405). The military honors was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Beaufort National Cemetery (1601 Boundary St, Beaufort, SC 29906).
