He is survived by: his wife Kathy Worthington; his daughter Jennifer Worthington Hilton (Jason); his grandchildren, Michael Schumacher (Jennifer Kohler), Mary Schumacher and Vivian Hilton; his great grandchildren, Mason Thomason and Colton Schumacher; and his sisters, Sue Burnette (Robert) and Mary E. "Libby" Chan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the James A. Dyal Funeral Home (303 S Main St, Summerville, SC 29483). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel (303 S Main St, Summerville, SC 29483).
