He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Mallory and Suzie Birkhead Mallory. He is survived by: his siblings, Dr. Douglas Wilson and Della Wilson Taylor; his father-in-law Orville Wilson; his aunt Elna; his girlfriend Edna Williams; his son James Mallory, Jr.; his grandson James Mallory III (Scott Bailey); Mildred. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
