He is survived by: his children, Gina M. Knight (Roy), Wendy R. Henderson, Buffy H. Mason, Anthony J. Johnson (Rosha), Cindy L. Ballantine (Renne) and Amanda L. Bernard (Sean); his son-in-law Perry Holtsberry, Jr.; and his stepbrother Ronnie Givens. He is also survived by grandchildren and 21 beloved great grandchildren.
