It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jocelyn Elmore Howard of Summerville, South Carolina, born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on March 30, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernest Elmore and Eloise Elmore; her aunt Lila Snipe Graham; and her brother Gene Alfred Elmore (Tunk). She is survived by: her children, Randolph Elmore Howard (Shavonne) of North Charleston, SC, Wesley Kellen Howard (Wilisha) of Summerville, SC and Courtney Alexis Howard of Knightsville, SC; her sisters, Valerie Williams (Jimmy) and Lessie Robinson; her grandchildren, Brandon Howard, Aurbreona Perry, Jocelyn Re'nee Howard, Josiah of Washington, Jayden Howard, Jaxson Campbell, Braxton Howard, Ava Parker and Callie Parker; her cousin Dyeretta M. Fashion; and her nieces, Thomasena Elmore Bennett, Brenda Drayton and Mazie Robinson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
