He is survived by: his former spouse Lynn Daugherty of North Charleston; his children, Kim DiMaggio Peatross (William) of Summerville, SC, Kelly Wamser (Josh) of Greenville, SC and Tony DiMaggio (Nate Copeland) of Modesto, CA; his siblings, Dana DiMaggio (Christine) of Buffalo, NY, Anthony DiMaggio (Jane) of Buffalo, NY, Michael DiMaggio of Buffalo, NY and Marcellyn Smith (Brian); his sister-in-law Diane DiMaggio of Buffalo, NY; and his grandchildren, Thomas Wamser, Annabeth Wamser, Jonathan Reifer and Asher Peatross.
