He is survived by: his wife Barbara Antwine Chubb; his daughter Tammy; his grandchildren, Amber and Brent; his great grandchildren, Kaila and Camyl; and his siblings, Tommy, Rudy and Sheryl. He is also survived by his family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
