He was predeceased by: his father Edward F. Jellison, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Donna Jellison; his wife Kristin Jellison; his siblings, Edward F. Jellison III (Karen), Debbie Kidd (Arthur) and Lesa Leppo (Aaron); and his nieces and nephews, Katelyn, Michael, Brad, Alexandra, Zackary, Krystal, Paige and Matthew.
