He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Richardson and Maggie Green Richardson; his son John C. Richardson, Jr.; and his siblings, Audrey Mae Hughes, Annie Richardson, Joann Price, Lola Combs and Matthew D. Richardson (Bud).
He is survived by: his son Raymond M. Richardson (Tammie) of Summerville; his daughter-in-law Judie Richardson of Summerville; his brothers, Carlton Richardson of Murrells Inlet and Pete Richardson of Winston Salem; his grandsons, Johnathan Richardson (Amber) of Summerville, Joshua Richardson of Summerville and Trennon Richardson of Summerville; and his great grandchild Maddie.
