With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth J. Younginer of Summerville, South Carolina, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on June 4, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wilson Younginer and Berniece Elaine Younginer (Bown); and his grandchildren, Krysten Perkins of Hartsville and Ian Tabor of Summerville. He is survived by: his children, Tonja Tabor (Sean) of Summerville, Sonja Perkins (Bryan) of Eutawville and Kenny Younginer (Shannon) of Harleyville; his grandchildren, Tarrin Buck (Rodney) of Moncks Corner, Clayton Evans (Michayla) of Summerville, Samantha, Charlie Perkins of Eutawville, Chandler Younginer of Harleyville, Britney Powell (Keith) of Moncks Corner, Sean Tabor Jr. of Summerville, Ashleigh Peters of Moncks Corner and Brenton Tabor of Moncks Corner; his great grandchildren, Brantley, Judah, Lorelai Buck, Porter, Pierce Evans, Mia, Jessie Powell, Sage and Graham Peters; and his siblings, Kay Younginer, Betty Nelms (Mark) and William "Bill" Younginer (Darlene). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests plantable plants or potted greenery to honor Ken's love for living things and sustainability.
