He is survived by: his wife Patricia Jane Taber Hopkins; his brothers, Kenneth "Ken" and William "Bill" Hopkins; his children, Diane Hopkins Walls, John Evan Hopkins and Kevin Leon Hopkins; his uncles, Gene, Art Hopkins and Leon; his son-in-law Arnold "Arnie" Walls; his grandchildren, Catherine Walls, Kyle, Kevin, Cole Hopkins, Justin Walls, Ryan (Lauren Hopkins), Hunter (Nicole Walls), Chase (Abbey Walls) and Nathan Hopkins; his great grandchild Hazel; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Hopkins, Mark Hopkins, Debra Hopkins Pogue, Linda Hopkins Isbell, Lynette Stone and Bruce Slesher.
