He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Singer and Becky Singer; his brother-in-law Pete Rischar; Nancy Kelley and Jerry Kelley.
He is survived by: his sons, Doug (Robin) and Mike (Debbie); his grandchildren, Chad (Lauren), Nikki (Maria), Nate (Alex), Benjamin (Lauren) and Andrew (Mary Catherine); his great grandchildren, Addison, Emma, Jericho, Hatice, Ambrose, Hannah and Olivia; his sisters-in-law, Mary Jane Rischar and Millie Kelley; Jeanie (Carole Jean). He is also survived by his wife of nearly 66 years and the love of his life.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Northwood Church (4020 2nd Ave, Summerville, SC 29486). The military honors will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at the Beaufort National Cemetery (1601 Boundary St, Beaufort, SC 29902).
