She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Tumblin and Willie Mae Varner; and her husband Willard Singletary. She is survived by: her siblings, Sheree Dykes (Corky), Avonda Sweely (Carl), David Tumblin (Joan) and Floyd Roberts (Von). She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
