He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" McCall of Summerville, SC; his daughter Dawn Lawson (David); his grandchildren, Carson Leigh and Tanna Ryan of Summerville, SC; his sons, Douglas Michael McCall and Colby of Greenville, SC; his brother Dr. Mark McCall (Dianne); his nibling Erin; his granddaughter Ella (Marks) of Charleston, SC; his son Daniel McCall (Sheela); and his grandchildren, Rowe and Rajan of Washington, D. C..
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in honor of Mike to the American Cancer Society of Hospice.
