He is survived by: his mother Rosamond Blackwell of Summerville, SC; his children, Mickey Gerald Blackwell, Jr. of Summerville, SC, George Wesley Alford (Crystal) of Summerville, SC and Ellen Manus (Trey) of Summerville, SC; and his brother Brad Blackwell (Lona) of Summerville, SC. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
