She is survived by: her husband Charles Bartell of Summerville, SC; her children, Roger Duane Spangler of Columbus, OH, Robert Spangler of Columbus, OH and Sharon Renee Walsingham of Jacksonville, FL; her sister Kathy Lynn Agee Humgate; her grandchildren, Kourtni Torrance, Cameron Walsingham and Matthew Spangler; and her nieces, April Dawn Weaver and Michelle Hurley.
