She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Miller and Viola Miller; her husband Michael H. Gartner Sr.; her son David B. Gartner; and her brothers, Gerald F. Miller and Bobby A. Miller.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael H. Gartner Jr. (Allison) of Summerville, SC and Christopher L. Gartner Sr. (Ambermay) of Summerville, SC; her siblings, Ronald Miller (Harriett) of Toms Brook, VA, Donald Miller of New Market, VA and Janet Lankford of McLeansville, NC; her grandchildren, Christopher L. Gartner Jr. of Summerville, SC and Jasmine L. Martin (Samantha) of Vancleave, MS; and her pets, Dilbert, Abbott and Tinkerbell.
Nancy was extremely passionate about the American Dachshund Rescue and encouraged many people to donate and help when they could.
