He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Frank Exline and Latha Wagner Exline. He is survived by: his children, Lora Lynn Pilcher of Goose Creek, SC and Richard Exline, Sr. of Sarasota, FL; and his sister Barbra Exline of Macon, GA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
