He was predeceased by: his parents, James S. Wise and Frances Lorraine Owen Wise. He is survived by: his wife Jean Wise of Summerville, SC; his children, James Wise of Charleston, SC and Melinda Williams of Summerville, SC; and his sister Linda Moore of Sherwood, AR. He is also survived by two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
