He is survived by: his wife Ginger Polk; his children, Leah Reason (Shelby), Blake Polk and Kelly McDonald (TJ); his grandchildren, Maddox Patrick McDonald, Emma Grace Reason, Myers Polk McDonald, Benjamin Reason and Connor Reason; and his sisters, Christine Weatherford and Denise King. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
