He is survived by: his wife Tonya Harshbarger; his children, Deon (Eddie) and Frank (Sarah); and his siblings, John Harshbarger (Janice), Marcia Harshbarger Borden (Terry), Arlene Harshbarger Burnworth (Richard) and Doran Harshbarger (Teresa). He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren.
