He is survived by: his wife Cindy Gail Wolfe Powell of Summerville; his children, Bryan Powell, Jr. (Ashtan), Bradley Powell (Olivia) and Brittany Powell Etherington (Adam); his grandchildren, Palmer, Tripp, Braden, Emiliana and Sophia; and his siblings, W. Hallie Powell (Patricia), Ricky, Wayne and Anita. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
